Pick the tier that fits your week now. Upgrade later without losing your data.
"I cancelled two other apps the week I started this."
Start planning today, then decide later. You keep your data on this device and can upgrade when you want the full workspace and sync.
Designed for your full picture, including quiet ambition beside care load.
The sweet spot if you know you want ReturnKit kept but monthly renewals feel loud. €100/year vs €120 annualised monthly.
Everything in monthly, for the lifetime of the product. We commit to running ReturnKit for a minimum of 5 years from your purchase.
All Pro features arrive on the 7-day free trial. No card needed to start. Cancel anytime. Your data stays.
You can keep editing Today, Body → Cycle, MomOps, Settings, and Roadmap, plus a small daily AI allowance. Your data stays on this device and you can export any time.
Everything. The full Pro tier - every tab, cross-device sync, deep journaling, adaptive rules, life-stage modes, priority support. Long enough to feel the difference in your day. No card needed to start.
Your data stays. On the free tier you keep: Today in Idle mode, 3 daily anchors (Health / Motherhood / Grounding), Cycle log on the Body tab, the full MomOps roster + vaccine baselines, Settings, and 3 BYO AI runs per day. The other modes, the week strip, Work + Personal anchors, and the Plan / Career / Family-beyond-MomOps / Diary / Pregnancy / Review tabs wait behind Pro. Read-only views of saved work still appear where the app shows them. Export JSON anytime. Cloud sync resumes when you subscribe again.
ReturnKit is built and maintained solo. The Pro features - sync infrastructure, journaling AI, adaptive logic - have ongoing costs in real money and real time. €10/month is what it costs to keep this calm, ad-free, and shipping. Free is generous (your data, the basics, full export) but it can't be the whole product.
Monthly is for trying it without commitment. Lifetime is for people who already know they want it kept and don't want to think about renewals. Both go to the same place once you're paid - same features, same support, same sync. €200 lifetime is roughly 20 months of monthly, so it pays for itself if you stay past two years.
Sync pauses at the end of your billing period and you drop to the free tier (Today in Idle mode + 3 anchors + Cycle + MomOps). Your data stays on the device you used most recently. We surface a "Download your data as JSON" button so you can move it anywhere. Resubscribe any time to resume.
In your browser's localStorage on whichever device you're using. Pro users also get a copy synced to a Cloudflare KV namespace dedicated to ReturnKit, encrypted at rest, accessed only with your magic-link token. We do not look at your data and we do not train AI on it.
Lifetime of the product, not yours. We're committing publicly to running ReturnKit for a minimum of 5 years from your purchase date, and longer if it stays sustainable. If we ever wind down (illness, acquisition, hard pivot), we'll give 90 days notice and a full data export. We won't disappear on you.
Lifetime (€200): 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion if you've barely used the product.
Monthly (€10/mo): cancel anytime; no refund for the current month, but you keep access until the period ends. Sync then pauses and you drop to the free tier.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days. EU buyers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. To request a refund, email hello@returnkit.life.
